Land Acknowledgement: Tamara acknowledges and respects the lək̓ʷəŋən ("lah-kwa-ngun") people on whose traditional territory she was born. Many of her artworks have been created on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm ("mus-kwee-um"), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh ("squa-mish"), səlilwətaɬ ("sail-wha-tooth), Stó:lō ("staw-low") and Stz'uminus ("cha-main-us") people. As the original stewards of these lands, they have maintained harmony with nature for time immemorial. Tamara is illimitably grateful for their enduring commitment to Mother Earth.
